The Dwarf Spider Orchid is a stunning white spider orchid only found in Victoria. After 1933, it was presumed extinct until two plants were discovered in 2009. Since its rediscovery, conservation efforts involving hand pollination and habitat management have been carried out to increase population numbers. The main threats to the Dwarf Spider Orchid are habitat degradation, trampling, a lack of genetic diversity and climate change.
